The Rose Neroli Hydrating Toner from BELLA SKIN BEAUTY is not only cleansing, revitalizing, moisturizing and refreshing but it’s a perfect foundation for the rest of your skincare routine. It will optimize the pH level of your skin for the optimal absorption of the serum and/or moisturizer so that those nutrients can actually deeply penetrate your skin. The organic rose water is anti-inflammatory and reduces the redness, acne and puffiness. It cleans pores and tones the skin. Neroli rejuvenates and regenerates every skin type, as well as helps maintain moisture levels. It also simply smells divine.

After cleansing, apply a generous amount on a cotton pad and wipe your face, neck and décolleté. Use as many times as needed throughout the day. Follow with one of our serums/moisturizers. Shake well before use. (See HOW TO USE guide below)

Step 1: Cleanse your skin with our Turmeric Guava Glowing Clenaser to give your skin a deep clean and remove bacteria.

Step 2: Shake well before use. Apply a generous amount on a cotton round and wipe your face, neck and décolleté.

Step 3: Follow with one of our serums/oils/moisturizers.

SUGGESTED USE: AM + PM or as many times a day as needed.

Our Rose Neroli Hydrating Toner works as a post-cleanse after using a cleanser. It helps to eliminate the bacteria and dirt just a little more to give you an even deeper clean. Having said that, it has to be pumped onto a cotton round generously, and then you can apply it onto your skin and wipe down your entire face and neck. Please be advised it is NOT a mist spray.

Yes absolutely. Our Rose Neroli Hydrating Toner will actually help your serum/moisturizer absorb even deeper into the skin.

This product was formulated as a toner, therefore we wouldn’t recommend to use it as your main cleanser. It is recommended to use our Turmeric Guava Glowing Cleanser first, and then you can follow with our Rose Neroli Hydrating Toner and one of our serums/moisturizers.
