What happens to my Bella Skin Beauty Rewards points if I return merchandise?
If any item for which you earned points is returned, the points earned in connection with that purchase will be deducted from your account.
How do I earn points?
You must be enrolled in the Bella Skin Beauty Rewards Program at the time of your purchase in order to earn points. Points will automatically be added to your account for qualifying purchases after checkout. You can accrue points to your account with points on qualified purchases on bellaskinbeauty.com, Birthday Points, Product Review(s), Friend Referrals, Special Promotions, etc. Note: Points may take up to 24 hours to appear.
Can I combine my rewards?
Rewards cannot be combined. One discount/promotion may be applied per order.
Who is eligible to join the Bella Skin Beauty Rewards Program?
Membership is limited to individuals only, and is limited to one account per individual. A valid email address is required to register for the program. Please note, we actively monitor the Belle Skin Beauty Rewards Program to avoid account abuse, and reserve the right to manually adjust points/terminate an account as we see fit. The program is void where prohibited by law.
How do I access my Rewards Account?
Your Bella Skin Beauty Rewards account can be accessed on bellaskinbeauty.com simply by selecting the person icon at the top right of the Bella Skin Beauty home page, and logging in with your registered email address. If you need assistance, please email HELP@BELLASKINBEAUTY.COM. You can access your points in your Rewards Dashboard.
How do I redeem my points?
When you redeem available rewards, your points will be deducted from your account. Please COPY the unique code that is generated. You will be able to PASTE this code into the DISCOUNT section at checkout. Once you redeem your points for a reward, we are unable to re-issue them. If you decide not to purchase after redeeming, please make sure to save the code somewhere safe to use on a future purchase.
Do points expire?
Points will expire on a 1 year rolling basis. If you have not earned or spent any rewards points in the past 1 Year (365 days), your points will begin to expire. For example, if you earned Points on July 1, 2020, those points will expire on July 1, 2021 (the "Earning Period") unless they have been redeemed or additional points have been earned. We encourage you to stay an active Bella Skin Beauty Rewards member and redeem your points often to ensure you experience the full benefits of the rewards program! You can access your points history in your Rewards Dashboard. You will also be notified via email when points you’ve earned are about to expire.
